STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR NAL Lighting Group
NAL Lighting Group serves as a master distributor and sales rep for the companies and brands that it sells in the United States market. NAL Lighting Group extends any and all product warranties directly from the companies and brands for their respective products on all transactions booked through NAL Lighting Group. No additional warranty, express or implied, is provided. No person, agent or distributor is authorized to give any other warranty on behalf of NAL Lighting Group. Please consult NAL Lighting Group for warranty terms for each company or brand.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders delayed or requesting shipment more than six months after the initial order is placed may be subject to changes in price. Unless otherwise specified, all prices exclude lamps. Prices on quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise agreed to in writing. For projects where approved shop drawings are required, prices quoted may change subject to drawings being received and reviewed.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
All approved orders are considered non-cancelable unless written consent is issued by NAL Lighting Group. A cancellation fee may apply based solely on North America Lighting’s discretion. A cancellation fee would be based on costs incurred by NAL Lighting Group prior to notice of request to cancel. Changes to orders released to production may be accepted at North America Lighting’s sole discretion.
NAL Lighting Group has no minimum billing or order amount.
NAL Lighting Group serves as a master distributor and sales rep for the companies and brands that it sells in the United States Market. Freight allowance will vary by company and brand and is always subject to confirmation by NAL Lighting Group to purchaser. Delivery point varies by company/brand. Unless otherwise noted on the quote or order confirmation, no freight allowance is provided.
All products are shipped at purchaser’s risk. Responsibility for any product damage/failures incurred during shipment is transferred to the transportation company upon pickup, and title passes to the purchaser upon delivery by us to carrier. All claims for damages or shortages in transit shall be made by the purchaser directly with the carrier. All other claims, including those for quality failures, damages, or missing parts, must be made in writing to NAL Lighting Group within 15 days of receipt of shipment.
Products may be returned only with a written RGA (returned goods authorization) from NAL Lighting Group. Returned shipments must be prepaid and in the original cartons/packaging. There will be no charge for products deemed defective in material or workmanship when the authorized return is processed pursuant to warranty terms from the respective company or brand issuing warranty and within the warranty period. Custom fixtures are non-refundable.
Unless otherwise noted, all orders require 50% deposit at the time of order release, and balance due prior to final shipment. All orders are subject to acceptance by NAL Lighting Group.
Shipping dates given by NAL Lighting Group are estimates only and should not be considered fixed or guaranteed. NAL Lighting Group shall not be held responsible for any damages, penalties, or charge backs of any kind resulting from delayed shipments or its inability to ship by the acknowledged date. Goods cannot be returned and orders may not be canceled for failure to meet estimated delivery dates.
